AffiliationThe Oil Region Soccer Association (ORSA) is an affiliate of the Pennsylvania West Soccer Association (PA West) and has been constituted as a Youth Soccer Association as defined in the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA) Constitution. The ORSA is subject to the authority of PA West, the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA). |
